At Museum Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and curated artifacts. If a piece does not perfectly complement your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the items in their original protective gallery packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
